STUDIO IN THE HILLS Allow us to introduce ourselves. We are Melissa, Rainer, Mack & Banks Maier, the owners of the Chapter Barn & Studio. This special property is the realisation of decades of dreams for our family. When planning our Wedding, we searched for a private farm, somewhere where we could relax and feel at home. We were looking for something relaxed and stylish, with the ability to set up and style our own Studio and BarnWedding Venue. We simply could not find anything.. So now we have created it for you at The Chapter Barn & Studio. The property features an incredible view over the Bass Coast, on-site farm animals and our very own vegetable and fruit garden. The main house is an original 120 year old Homestead, and has been meticulously renovated and is surrounded by beautiful dry stone walls, manicured gardens and separate 2 bedroom accommodation ideal for romantic couples. We invite our special couples to book a visit and inspect this unique property to sense the relaxed atmosphere, calm solitude and of course the incredible views!! You will feel a sense of sanctuary and love when ascending onto our property, situated high on the Outtrim hills overlooking the Bass Coast, Inverloch and Wilsons Promontory. There is a true sense of ‘arriving home’ as you enter the gates. There is a warm familiarity to the land, even to those visiting for the first time. It is our absolute pleasure to welcome you to this special property, as though it were your own.
