Sea Dragon is a modern two storey holiday home that is perched high on the Dromana hillside. It offers uninterrupted and breathtaking 180 degree sea views.

The panoramic vista stretches before you, offering a stunning outlook in all weather and seasons. The scenery by day is captivating, but then at night the Melbourne skyline starts to twinkle as the city springs to life.
This home is beautifully appointed and features open plan living spaces with stunning water views, polished jarrah floorboards and ducted central heating throughout.

Sea Dragon is perfect for couples, families, mature groups aged over 30 years and nature lovers. Strictly no parties or Schoolies' bookings permitted.

• Off street parking for 4 to 5 cars

Please note that the driveway is very steep, however there are 2 car spaces at the top of the drive.

The location of Sea Dragon is superb - nestled between the bay and award-winning wineries, Arthurs Seat Eagle, mazes and many other attractions on the Mornington Peninsula.

Take a 2 kilometre drive down to the beach at Dromana which offers safe swimming in the shallow waters of the bay. There are shops, restaurants and cafes along the coastal boulevard of Point Nepean Road.
Walk 160 metres to Hillview Community Reserve which back onto Arthurs Seat State Park. Enjoy bay and farm views, explore the dam and make use of the picnic area with BBQs. Adrenaline junkies will love the long pump track which is suitable for bicycles, scooters and skateboards. The reserve is home to lots of native wildlife and you may see an occasional kangaroo.

We couldn't resist heading to the Red Hill region. We enjoyed some wine and a cheeseboards served on the sun-deck at Main Ridge Estate. An added bonus that it's dog friendly.

On the way home we tackled Arthur's Seat Summit walk and took some time to enjoy sprawling views of the Mornington Peninsula. We also dropped by the Enchanted Garden and felt like big kids walking on the treetops and tackling the mazes.

We came across this little gem on the way out to the Winery, the field of sunflowers caught our eye so we decided to stop in. You'll find fresh local food and produce. Take home a sunflower or two as well, they were pretty cheap.
