The open-plan interior of the cabin features a queen bed, a central living area, and a fully equipped kitchenette with sink & induction cooktop.

Step onto the expansive covered deck where comfort awaits with glass panelling and roll-away screens for protection from the elements. Savour rural views as you lounge on the sofa or dine al fresco. Bask in the warmth of the wood burner fireplace while gazing at the stars.

A highlight of Tara Farm Cabin is the unique outdoor bathing experience. Immerse yourself in the outdoor tub, surrounded by the sounds of native birds, with the ancient Puriri tree standing sentinel for 600-800 years. The native bush & farm frame coastal views in the distance.

The bathroom, a uniquely charming feature & seamlessly integrated into nature, is exterior and can be accessed via the covered deck. A shower, vanity and flushing toilet blends modern comfort with the cabin's rustic charm.

This rustic escape doesn't compromise on modern conveniences. Mains power ensures a seamless stay, allowing you to charge your devices effortlessly, and WIFI is available.

Guests at Tara Farm Cabin enjoy exclusive access to the cabin, ensuring a private & relaxed experience. The cabin is situated on Tara Farm - a working beef farm - with a backdrop of palm trees and a north-facing outlook to native bush and farm paddocks.

Tara Farm offers a second accommodation offering, Tara Farm Cottage which may be booked with other guests. The two dwellings are well spaced apart, also with farm sheds in between allowing for individual privacy, and complementing each other within the expansive property. Please be respectful of other guests.

The owner's residence, also onsite and tucked further into the property, ensures a warm & welcoming presence on the farm. Privacy is maintained, allowing guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings without any intrusion.
