Off-street parking is available with staircase access to the upstairs residence where you are welcomed through a colonial entrance door to the main living area imbued with abundant natural light, French doors, lead light windows and 11ft ceilings that transport you to another time, coupled with modern furnishings to promote a comfortable inviting energy and relaxing stay.
The home features open plan living and dining with a country-style timber kitchen with gas hob, wall oven, dishwasher and split-system air conditioning and heating.
There are three bedrooms offering king & queen options with ceiling fans and French doors providing access to the covered verandas. The king size master has a split-system air conditioner (heating & cooling).
The second and third bedrooms provide queen size beds including one bedroom with convenient large desk allowing for a workspace with second screen connectivity. A central modern bathroom features a deep soak bath tub, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet with powder basin.
A second sitting area, which can be closed off from the main living room may be the perfect spot to end the evening to relax with company or enjoy the afternoon light over to Springbrook escarpment, Border Ranges and Mount Warning views.
Guest access - guests are required to walk up an outdoor undercover staircase to access the main residence’s front door.
