Other things to note** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, events or schoolies groups. We only rent to families or smaller mature groups. You must be over 30 years of age to book.
Photo ID is required after the booking is accepted.

The house was recently modernised and renovated to create a hotel-like experience. With huge living areas you definitely won't be cramped for space.
ATTENTION SCHOOLIES - Please don't inquire. Any schoolies thinking they will use their parent's account to book will forfeit their booking on arrival, be refused entry and lose their booking fee. All guests will be greeted in person and properties closely monitored between 26/11-4/12. Non-compliance will lead to instant eviction.
