This luxury beach retreat on Phillip Island is perfect for one or two couples seeking a relaxing getaway. Featuring a queen bed in each of two beautifully appointed bedrooms, it sleeps four adults in comfort and privacy. The whole house and all 3.5 acres are yours, one booking at a time, never shared. Beyond the main house your own wellness studio awaits with a fully equipped gym, a four person infrared sauna, a cold plunge held at around 5 degrees, a yoga deck and a working space. Nestled above Berrys Beach surf break, it is the perfect mix of coastal serenity and modern luxury. Zoarii is strictly adults only, 18 and over, with no exceptions.

Additional Information

Strictly adults only, 18 and over, no exceptions. Zoarii is not a safe property for children. The house is built around a cantilevered opening at the back, there are prickly cacti inside and out, an unfenced farm dam, a suspended open fireplace, heavy pivot doors, a sauna and a cold plunge. Any booking made with a guest under 18 will be treated as a cancellation under our standard policy.

Strictly no pets. The property is home to wallabies, echidnas and a lot of birdlife, and we would like to keep it that way.

No parties or visitors. This is a quiet property on farm land and the wildlife only keeps coming back because it stays that way.

A family of wallabies comes onto the property at dusk and jumps right up past the house. Keep an eye out around sunset, they are worth waiting for.

A six night minimum stay applies over the MotoGP weekend in late October.
