Though the bath area is private, note that the occasional passing car may have a distant view. Stay dry and comfortable even during rain showers, and be sure to keep items safe from any sideways rain.

Other things to note
- SOLAR POWER ENERGY: Because our tiny home is off-the-grid, please refrain
from using all electrical appliances at the same time. We also ask that you refrain from using high wattage electrical appliances such as portable heaters, electric cookers, etc. Doing so can overload the electrical system and may result in a loss
of power.

- FREE PARKING: Free on-site parking is available in front of the caravan.
- The driveway is shared
- Mobile signal some networks will have signal at some spots. Normally have mobile signal that comes in waves. There's unlimited wifi tho

-To keep the cleaning fees reasonable the bbq needs to get cleaned after use please there's a BBQ brush and cleaning products at the bbq. There's an extra $10 charge if left dirty.
