Loved it! The location is everything! A gorgeous little tiny home right on the river. The home was stocked with everything you could need for a weekend away with a lovely private fire pit area. We we...re able to walk the river each morning, main street pub/cafes/shops) was less than a 10 minute walk and of course bike riding tracks were also very close. Its situated perfectly, clean and tidy and the team were very responsive to messages.
I would recommended this stay to a couple :)

River Walk
Starting from Howitt Park head towards the Star Road Bridge. The track on the northern bank of the Ovens River has steep steps. Cross either of the suspension bridges to create a short or long loop. This walk takes you past a small canyon carved by the Ovens River and water races dug by early miners. Watch for birdlife and wild flowers especially in spring.
Biking Our Way Along The Murray To Mountains Rail Trail
We made good use of the mountain bikes available on the property and went on a bike ride to reach Bright via The Murray To Mountains Rail Trail.
Autumn Bliss In Bright
We all know that Bright in autumn is reason enough to take a road trip to the High Country. This was the best autumn bliss we'd had in such a long time.

Canyon Walk

Bright Brewery
On the way back from Hotham, we stopped for a delicious lunch at Bright Brewery. If you're done to eat snacks and pies during your long drives from Melbourne, we absolutely recommend stopping for food and drinks, it isn't the most affordable but for sure one of the most delicious options in the region.
Reed Co Gin
After a long day of exploring, a stiff drink was in order. Reed & Co offered the perfect wind down with some amazing tastings and knowledgable crew to help us out.
