What an absolutely perfect spot! Surpassed our expectations! This house is perfectly appointed with all you could need provided. It is very large, yet warm and cosy, with absolutely spectacular views.... It’s an oasis of peace. The location is quiet and rural yet close enough to kinloch and Taupō for there to be plenty to explore and do. I really couldn’t recommend it enough and very much look forward to coming back for another visit. Many thanks to George, our host, who was friendly and communicated perfectly, with clear arrival and exit instructions, making the whole experience seamless.

Muirs Reef Lodge is an absolute hidden gem. We loved our stay, from the incredible views and outdoor baths to the cosy fireplace and comfy beds inside, it's the perfect escape. George was a wonderful host and we'd love to stay again!
