Every holiday house has a story, and that’s what makes each one so special. This home has a particularly unique story! If you’re familiar with Cape Paterson, you probably know about the Rockpool at Bay Beach- one of Victoria’s most iconic ocean pool. Well, the owner’s grandfather was part of the team that built this famous rock pool back in the 1960s.

Fast forward to today, and this wonderful holiday house interior has been renovated . You’ll find a brand-new kitchen, fresh carpets, five spacious bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. Step outside, and you’ll love the refreshed alfresco deck, complete with a new roof and BBQ. For some extra fun, the garage has been transformed into a games haven with a pool table and table tennis - perfect for guests of all ages!

Pet-friendly:
We welcome well behaved dogs by arrangement. Pets must remain off furniture and bedding, and the garden must be kept clean. Extra charges will apply if we have to pick up after your dog. No cats please. Our full pet policy can be found in the house rules.

I've looked all over VIC and I'm almost 100% sure that this is the only rock pool you can find in Victoria. This place is absolutely amazing, a great summer spot and perfect for an early morning soak.

Sunset At Second Surf Beach

Climb the sand dunes for an incredible view of the sunset. Rug up to enjoy the view in comfort, and even stay a bit longer to watch the stars reflect onto the shore.

The Channel

A rocky cove with a sheltered reef break and pretty consistent surf. Explore the rock pools, read on the sandstones, go for a fish, or simply enjoy the view. For those keen on a more tranquil swimming beach, The Bay is just around the corner.

Cliff Walk

Walk along the beach tracks from Second Surf to The Bay, and stop for lookouts along the way for a beautiful panaromaic view, including Wilson's Prom in the distance on a clear day.

Not far from Inverloch, Cape Paterson is a sheltered reef break that has pretty consistent surf and can work at anytime of the year. Offshore winds are from the north. The right reef break is best.
