Private and serene but close to excellent dining, wineries and local attractions. The perfect escape from the everyday grind! With a pool and tennis court on-site, walking trails, outdoor baths and shower, fire pit, dam with rope swing and veggie garden.

The Dairy is private and secluded yet close to award winning wineries and restaurants and only a short drive to access the rest of the Peninsula. Local attractions, bush walks, beaches and markets a short drive away.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Dairy, we had the most relaxing stay. The views were stunning and every little element of the house was well thought out. Enjoyed watching movies on the comfy couch an...d had a very peaceful sleep. We will be back!! So close to everything to have a wonderful couple of days away :)

The cottage is absolutely lovely. The weather was cold and wet for mid-November, but we put on a fire and I relaxed in the hot outdoor bath in the rain.

A Winter Escape to Remember – Splitters Rest Dairy Stay
Our family of four had a truly memorable 3-night stay at the Dairy at Splitters Rest in July. The space was warm, welcoming and beautifully appo...inted – blending rustic charm with thoughtful modern touches. The open fire was a highlight on chilly evenings, and the peaceful rural setting gave us the perfect chance to unwind together. The kids loved exploring the paddocks and spotting wildlife, while we enjoyed the quiet comfort and countryside views. An ideal winter escape – we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We went for a walk to take in the beautiful scenic views of the farms close by, saying hello to all of the cows we met along the way.

By far the most adorable grocery store we've experienced in our lives. Set amidst the farm's lush green acres, an old timber barn houses the day's fresh produce foraged from the land itself. Fairy lights throw just enough light for you to wander mindfully, collecting your greens in wicker baskers or enjoy a hearty bowl of soup cooked on the fire.
