Our stay at Sannyside Tiny House was exactly what we needed. It’s such a cozy and thoughtfully designed space, the hosts were also very accommodating when we needed a firewood top up. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Sannyside. It was clean and tidy and totally cosy for our anniversary weekend. We had perfect weather so were able to walk into town for fish and chips. We also had some great recommendations for lunch/dinner and a couple of lovely beach walks. Thank-you

Sannyside is our gorgeous cottage in stunning San Remo, Victoria.. across the bridge from the famous Phillip Island. Surrounded by beaches, our property is 2.5 acres of rural land boasting native Australian flora and fauna. A 20 minute walk into the village, shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Hibernate and enjoy peaceful tranquility around the firepit, after a day of brisk beach walks, winery visits and all that Phillip Island has to offer!

Dramatic skies, rugged coastline, grazing cows and misty surf - the sunset at Boar Beach was unforgettable.

Fresh And Local Dinner Spot

If you're a fan of fish this is a MUST!
The fish is caught straight out in front of the dock making it the best tasting fish we have ever had! In peak season people wait over 2 hours to try it and we now understand the hype!

We opted for the outside table so we could feel the fresh ocean breeze and take in our surroundings. There are plenty of fishless options if potato cakes, hot chips or dim sims are more your thing! A highlighting experience that's for sure!

Pelican Wharf

Great little beach front to check out the pelicans, fish from the jetty and If you’re lucky you may even spot some rays during high tide.

Sunset Vibes

Sunsets on the bay with direct access from the campsite.

Burgers At The Beach

Along the main road into the Island, there's a cluster of stalls and food trucks located in a grassy outdoor setting. We ordered burgers from Yummy Az Eats, they were exactly as the name suggests. The owner creates his own sauces with a side of friendly banter.

We made a few pit stops on the way down to grab some supplies to feed our army of hungry children and ourselves – one being Bass Straight Direct – for the freshest seafood
