Sunset Point View

We were running late for the sunset, but it was such an amazing experience to contemplate the bay area in such a warm light. We enjoyed the company of locals during deep conversations about the stars, who we are in this universe, why we are here, the bible, God and all sorts of existential meanings.

Dreamer Cafe

Delightful! That’s the first word that came to mind at this cosy little beachside café, buzzing with good morning vibes. The food? Simple but spot on. It’s got that true local hangout feel, perfect for families and friendly faces alike.

Hawkers Dog Friendly Beach

Walk down to the beach via Terracotta coloured cliff and you'll find the sparkling sea. A delightful spot to let the dog run free, take a dip from the small sandy beach or jump on a paddle board of kayak.

Brias Walk

The region isn't dog-friendly, so for all adventures - enjoy the views! For those who bring along their fluffy puppies. Briars region has a specific dog walking area.

We grabbed some food from the Peninsula Fresh Seafood truck from Safety Beach and drove to Mount Martha to hide between the beach boxes to escape the sun. This was possibly the best fish n' chips we've ever had. I'll be dreaming of this till next time I'm down the Peninsula.
