We stayed at Mirador Springs for our anniversary and we were so happy with the experience overall. Anne and Stan have done a wonderful job thinking of everything you might need. The glamping tent is s...tunning and super comfortable. The site grounds are gorgeous and the animals are a lot of fun to meet. Highly recommend staying here for a special occasion.

Our stay at Mirador Springs Retreat was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed by the beautiful natural surroundings.
The glamping tent was incredibly cozy w...hile still feeling luxurious and high-end, with all the modern conveniences you could need. The bathroom was absolutely stunning, and soaking in the enormous bathtub was one of the highlights of the stay—it was the perfect place to unwind.
What truly made the experience unforgettable was Anne. She is one of the warmest, kindest, and most accommodating hosts I've ever met. Her genuine care and hospitality created a space where I could enjoy some much-needed healing, rest, and relaxation.
If you're looking for a luxurious glamping experience surrounded by beautiful landscapes and exceptional hospitality, I couldn't recommend Mirador Springs Retreat more highly. I can't wait to return.

Picnic By Mirador Spring
When we first stumbled upon this private lake we were utterly silent and in awe. A nostalgic wave washed over us because it felt like we had somehow seen this before in a movie. We cooked up a feast on the BBQ and enjoyed it by the water, making for the most peaceful and extraordinary experience.

Sunny Creek Rd By Foot
The windy drive up to Mirador Springs is breathtaking. Take it in with a hike down and admire the blends of native foliage.
Explore Trafalgar
Only a 10-minute drive from the property, the main town of Trafalgar is a must. We hit up the local op shop to find many goodies, and treated ourselves to a coffee and the delightful Thyme Out Café – their coffee is Melbournian approved!
Explore Yarragon
Driving along the M1 from Melbourne, you will pass the quaint shopping strip of Yarragon. Break up the drive by stopping at the bakery for lunch (salad rolls were a winner) and take your time weaving through the impressive gift shop.
Mount Worth State Park
Moonlight Creek picnic ground at Mount Worth State Park has several rainforest walking tracks that range in distance. Discover gorgeous little creeks and the old timber mill sites of the early 1900's or perhaps have a bbq or relax around the fire pits (byo wood). There are also toilet facilities.
The Grand Strzelecki Track
Stand in awe under forest giants, or explore a lost world of ancient rainforest and not hear a sound except the birdsong of lyrebirds. Walk through rainforests so rare, most people have never heard of it.
Fosters Gully Nature Trail
In this National Park wildlife thrives, with echidnas, kangaroos, possums, wallabies and wombats often spotted vanishing into the bush. You may also disturb a skink, goanna or other reptile on your walk. There are over 43 species of orchids, some of which are quite rare, have been identified in the dry Eucalypt woodlands as well as in the ferny gullies along the creek.
