Grab Coffee At Cafe Chulo
Stop on your way back to Melbourne by Cafe Chulo in Myrtleford. Lovely local cafe with an amazing choice of coffee and food.
Explore The Cute Town Of Myrtleford
I wandered around the little town of Myrtleford. The Mosaic Trail is a nice little walk along the Ovens River where you can spot over 80 mosaics hiding on the rocks. In Myrtleford town centre you can also discover The Big Tree, an enormous River Red Gum that's one of the largest in Victoria.
Pumpkin Seed Farm
Visit this farm to taste some delicious pumpkin seeds, nuts and oils harvested just across the road.
Gapsted Estate
The best spot for a cheese board and bottle of wine was at Gapsted Estate just up the road from our accommodation. There’s nothing like watching the sun go down over the grapevines and you can even take the rest of the bottle home!
Mccormacks Ln
If you are looking for an autumn lookout around Bright, make sure you visit McCormacks Ln! Early morning is the best time to visit, away from the crowds and with beautiful light for photography 🍁

Snowline Fruits
It’s only a couple of minute’s walk from the cabin so do yourself a favour and grab some of Victoria’s freshes apples, pears, berries (fresh - warmer months, frozen - cooler months) and walnuts. Rita and Henry own and operate Snowline Fruits and have done for 30 years now! The pears and apples were by far the freshest we have ever eaten! From the tree to your tummy!
