Pet-friendly:
We welcome pets by arrangement (maximum 2 dogs unless approved prior). Pets must remain off furniture and bedding, not left unattended at the property at anytime, and the garden must be kept clean. Charges apply if we have to pick up after your dogs. No cat please. Please ask for our pet policy.

Guest access & check-in:
A secure lockbox with key is located at the property. The access code will be emailed to you on the day of arrival Please ensure you check your spam/junk folder for arrival details.

Security deposit:
A pre-authorisation hold is placed on your credit card at check-in. This is automatically released within 7 days of departure, provided the property is left in good condition. Any damages, excess cleaning, or failure to remove pet waste from the garden will be charged accordingly.

House rules:
This property is managed by The Beach House People and registered as short-stay accommodation under the Bass Coast Shire Council (Local Law 1 Neighbourhood Amenity 2002).
