* The home does not have a washer and dryer, however, a nearby Laundry shop offers pick and drop off service.

* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

*If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!

*There are 4 security cameras on the property for the safety of the home and our guests. One is located at the front of the house above the front door, another on the balcony under the awning, one under the house opposite the stairs and another by the sauna room.

* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.
* Max 8 overnight guests, 4 day visitors, 12 people total at any time.
* Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).
* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.
* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.
* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).
* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.
* Please note that the property features a spa (which doesn't heat up or have jets), which is the reason we are able to have this unfenced. This should be used with care and at your own risk. As part of your booking confirmation, you agree to indemnify Getawayz and the property owner against any misuse leading to injury or death.
* Children 8 and above fine to stay, however, must be monitored at all times around the spa. The booking holder and their party agree to indemnify Getawayz and the property owner against any misuse leading to injury or death.

Our stay at Cliffside was nothing short of amazing. It was such a cosy retreat by the sea. The views were incredible and we were lucky to see whales breeching in the ocean. It was so hard to leave. Thanks so much for having us.

Rocks and cliffs surround this small beach located in the northern suburbs. It is also a popular fishing spot. Also be sure to visit the saltwater swimming pool at the southern end of the beach.

We loved stopping by Coalcliff Sea Pool for a refreshing ocean dip. With the dramatic cliffs it’s a beautiful coastal spot and I can only imagine how magical it would be at sunrise.

Perched high above the coast, the Sea Cliff Bridge lookout offers stunning views of New South Wales. As we approached, the sound of crashing waves grew louder, building anticipation. From the lookout, we marveled at the ocean meeting the cliffs, with the bridge's graceful arches completing the scene. Seabirds glided in the breeze, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. It was a tranquil spot, where we could pause and appreciate the beauty of nature.

Nestled in Royal National Park, Otford Lookout offers stunning views of New South Wales' coastal beauty. As we arrived, excitement surged, eager to see the sights. From the lookout, we marveled at the deep blue Pacific Ocean stretching before us, framed by rugged cliffs and lush greenery. The iconic Sea Cliff Bridge added to the scene's charm. Overhead, seabirds glided, their calls mixing with rustling leaves, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Otford Lookout was a tranquil retreat, urging us to take a moment and appreciate nature's magnificence.
