An off-grid coastal eco house plus tiny home combo on Victoria's Prom Coast, set on farmland at Sandy Point and overlooking open paddocks and a large dam alive with birdlife and the sound of frogs — a natural spectacle that shifts with every season and time of day. The spectacular Sandy Point surf beach is an easy 12-minute walk or 4-minute bike ride away.
Whether you're here to explore Wilsons Promontory, soak up the local beaches, or discover the cafes, galleries, wineries and cideries of South Gippsland - this eco home and tiny home combo is a genuinely unique place to escape to.
The kind of place where you actually manage to slow down — ideal for nature lovers, birdwatchers, or anyone who's been meaning to properly switch off for a while.
The main house sleeps six and is flooded with natural light from large, north-facing windows overlooking the dam. The adjacent tiny home sleeps two and has its own bathroom and kitchen, making it ideal for larger groups needing a little extra space.
