Created for comfort in every season, the home features resort style amenities, multiple living spaces, and outstanding indoor and outdoor entertaining facilities.
Designed to make the most of its elevated position, the property captures spectacular ocean views from the floor to ceiling windows throughout and offers direct access to Hargraves Beach. Aloha is the ultimate coastal escape that you'll never want to leave.
· On entry level, you're welcomed into a light-filled foyer area and lounge area with ample seating, pool table and board games.
· Make your way to the rear of the property and into the open-plan living space featuring comfortable seating, a dining table for six, Smart TV, electric roller blinds, and stunning, uninterrupted ocean views.
· The kitchen is a standout feature with large granite benchtops, pantry essentials, induction cooktop, Meile microwave, Haier fridge with water dispenser and ice maker, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and butler's pantry.
· Mix some cocktails at the bar with commercial-grade fridge (only turned on during peak periods) and table and chairs.
· Step outside and enjoy the covered alfresco dining to seat 8, relaxed outdoor lounges, gas BBQ and large grassed area (please note that the property is not fenced).
· Full size laundry which includes a washing machine, dryer, iron facilities and clothesline. Next to the laundry is a main bathroom with access to the side passage.
· Make your way up the beautiful grand staircase where you with find four generous, carpeted bedrooms, three full size bathrooms including the master ensuite with spa and bidet, along with an additional cosy sitting room and large front balcony.
· All bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with Apple or Smart TV's and the home is beautifully styled with original artworks by the owner and renowned Australian artists.
· Off street parking for four vehicles including a double garage with remote control access, Telsa charger and secure front gate.
· Guests are welcome to make use of the boogie boards, 1-person kayak (best suited for calm lake waters nearby) along with 4 pushbikes with helmets in the garage.
· Other features include high speed internet, ducted air conditioning throughout, kids highchair and WFH space.
· To access the beach, walk straight down the small hill to the left of the yard. There is also a beach walking track behind the hedge which is available for public use.
· Please note, there are external CCTV cameras for security purposes only.
