Set on its own spacious deck, the tent features a handcrafted queen bed positioned for sweeping lagoon views, alongside a cozy lounge area, sofa, writing desk, and a wood pellet heater to keep you snug in cooler months.

The back deck houses a full ensuite featuring a bathtub built for two, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, and barbecue.

Step onto the front deck to dine outdoors, shift the sofa into the sun, or gather around your private fire drum under the stars (firewood included).

Bushwalking

Bushwalking right from your door. Follow the edge of the lagoon all they way to the sand bar where it meets the ocean. Walk through the Mimosa Rocks National Park forest amongst the spotted gums and cycads.

Canoeing

Paddle on the lagoon, around the Island, to the sand bar or to the middle beach track. If you have no need for a destination, just float with the pelicans and swans. Guests are welcome to use the canoes and kayaks provided any time of day.

Wildlife

Nature watching is everywhere, whether it’s coots on the lagoon, spoonbills on the dam, a swamp wallaby in the bracken, kangaroos on the grass, gliders in the spotted gums, or an orchid in the forest, nature surrounds you.

Stargazing

Stargazing is spectacular here as there are no town lights to distract from the display. There is a good chance you will hear the gliders, nightjars and owls out in the night. enjoy this around your own outdoor campfire.
