Please note: This house is managed by The Beach House People - Holidays Rentals/ Property Management. Adult group bookings of no more than 10 guest or 12 using the trundles (extra fees apply for use of the trundles) Full linen is provided as standard - Please bring your own beach/pet towels. Pets are allowed but must stay off furniture and all dog poop must be picked up before departure or fine will be charged. No cats please. Maximum occupancy is 14 guests, the house is prepared for 12, extra fees apply for extra guests. 14 guests include children, if you are found to be exceeding the maximum guests permitted you may be asked to leave with no refund. Local council rules apply for short term accommodation and can be found at the Bass Coast Shire local law1 short term accommodation. On booking this house you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions which include: No parties, No Schoolies or groups of under 25 years, No Smoking. Australian photo ID or passport ID is required for the online checkin process to release the lock box code to you. Security deposit is a pre-authorisation on a valid credit card taken the day prior to arrival and removed up to 7 days after check out.
