Additional Information
The cottage is located on our farm. It sleeps 2 guests and is in a separate building located a short distance from the main homestead with its own private entrance and car parking.
The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, pots & pans, cutlery, and includes a fridge, gas cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle and a coffee plunger & Breville barista coffee machine
* One hopper full of coffee beans provided
An outdoor BBQ is also provided.
We offer some ingredients for a self-catered breakfast, which includes farm fresh eggs, homemade bacon, butter, muesli, milk, tea and coffee, hot chocolate, marshmallows and seasonal produce from the farm.
Vegan alternatives can be provided upon request with ample notice.
All linen, towels, pillows and blankets are provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
There is also a large 64 inch screen TV with free Netflix and wifi and a large selection of DVD's and board games to enjoy along with a wood fire to keep you toasty and warm on those cosy winter nights
( All fire wood is supplied)
Mobile reception works best in the north east with Telstra.
The cottage also has a split system air conditioner to keep you luxuriously cool in summer
The outdoor fire pit is available for guests to use, with some additional wood provided. Seasonal & fire restrictions apply
During the warmer months guests are welcome to use the in- ground mineral salt swimming pool.
The swimming pool is located in the centre of our farm between the cottage and the main homestead.

FARM GATE PRODUCE
We currently have a farm gate stall on the farm which includes locally made relishes, jams, marmalade, honey, soy candles and other craft all made by farms in the local community .
Hint - bring your esky and take home some produce or to use during your stay.

The King Valley Region is home to some of the country’s leading producers of Prosecco along with a vast array of award winning wineries, breweries, fantastic country pubs & gourmet dining experiences.
Many of our guests are also attracted to the amazing silo art, local events, arts facilities, bush walking, cultural heritage and local food and wine festivals.
TIP - Don’t forget to visit the stunning Brookfield Maze, gardens & café located just 10 minutes from us
ANIMALS
We are a working farm so you will hear animal noises at times, particularly at feeding times around 8:30am and just before sunset.
The farm is home to a menagerie of animals including 2 friendly dogs. At times we will be out and about feeding animals and attending to jobs around the farm.
Please note our cottage is not set up as child friendly...
