Our guesthouse boosts a nature view of gums around our boarder with bird life and nocturnal deer frequenting the property. With a 3 whole amateur golf course on the sloped 1/2 acre property.

We are located in the township of Nowa Nowa and have forestry on one side and a neighbour on the other.

Our guesthouse compliments 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, One Queen and Two Double, so we can accommodate up to 6 people.

You can relax at night by the outdoor fire and cook up a BBQ dinner or make use our fully equipped kitchen, with staples supplied.

If you love the outdoors, and enjoy one or more of the following, then this getaway is the one for you. I love to explore our beautiful surrondings, hiking in the bush, fishing in the lakes and spending time at the ocean beaches. I also enjoy cooking and conversation.

Rainforest Walk

An easy walk in the Lake Tyers State Park, through bushland down to a dark and green rainforest area.

Fishing

Lake Tyers and The Gippsland Lakes offer a great range of fishing experiences. From the excitement of crossing the bar at the Entrance and heading out to the open sea, to relaxing in a quiet spot in the upper reaches of the Toorloo Arm in Lake Tyers. In between there is fishing ranging from a tinny to cruising in the yacht.

Sunset At Lake Tyers Beach

We watched the sun set over Lake Tyers Beach with a picnic dinner, and once it got dark we were lucky enough to see the bioluminescent algae light up the ocean! This phenomenon is quite rare but your best chance of seeing it is later in the summer.
Surfing

Surfing

Red Bluff is a very popular location with local surfers. It is a small rocky headland that seems to heighten the surf and can provide a good opportunity to catch a wave. Be aware however that the area is unpatrolled and carries a degree of risk even for experienced surfers.
