Designer Beach Studio - 3 min walk to the beach!

Welcome to the Designer Beach Studio!

The studio has been thoughtfully designed by myself, an interior designer, and is perfect for anyone who appreciates quality design. It features ply ceilings, skylights, designer lighting, marble slabs, concrete panels, and a corner window with a built-in daybed — the perfect spot to read a book while enjoying views of the lush garden.



Inside, you’ll find a basic kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, sink, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle (please note this is not a fully equipped kitchen for cooking). There is a separate wardrobe area tucked behind the bed for luggage storage, complete with hangers and an iron. The studio also includes:
A very comfortable queen-sized bed
A wall-mounted TV with Netflix
A designer built-in sofa/bench seat to relax and enjoy the garden aspect

The total size of the studio is 25sqm, including the bathroom and wardrobe.

***Please note: the fireplace is decorative only and not for guest use.


GUEST ACCESS ---

Access to the property is gained by a secure front gate with pin code entry and parking to the front of the property just off the road.
Please note the property is on a dirt road, there can occasionally be some pot holes when the weather has been wet so please drive carefully.

The studio is at the back of the property, a separate building to the main house so guests can come and go as they please. You will need to walk past the main house to access the studio at the back, however the house will not be booked simultaneously to your stay so you will have complete privacy.



CHECK OUT: check out time is strictly 10am any late check out will be charged to the guest as the cleaner is always ready immediately after your departure to turn it around for the next guests. Thank you for your understanding!


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ---

I have lived on the peninsula for quite some time so am happy to recommend suitable places to eat and drink depending on your taste and budget.
There are lots of beautiful walks and look outs we can recommend, even a place to see wild kangaroos early in the morning or later afternoon.

Please note there are two external motion detector security cameras at the front of the property.

The studio is just a short 3 minute drive to Mount Martha shops with cafe's, restaurants, supermarket, liquor store, news agency and more. We are a short 15-20 minute drive to local vineyards and renowned restaurants and wineries such as Polperro, Montalto and Jackalope.

We are also a 3 minute drive to the Harry Potter Forbidden Forest experience.


ALBA THERMAL SPRINGS ---

We are an affiliated accomodation with the thermal springs. If you have a confirmed booking please send us a screen shot of your booking and we will give you two free drink cards you can redeem on your visit to the springs.
