The studio has been designed by the owner with a modern Japanese inspired aesthetic, green marble splash backs, concrete floors and walls and exposed beams. The daybed provides a perfect reading or meditation spot looking out to the lush green garden. Come and stay and escape the buzz of the city and tune out with the sound of birds and nature! Please note the studio is on teh same property as the main house....

STUDIO DETAILS ---

The studio itself is a separate dwelling from the main house with its own entrance at the back of the block and shares the driveway and garden with the house.

Equipped with a basic kitchenette, (bar fridge, sink, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, this is not a fully equipped kitchen for cooking) a separate wardrobe area tucked in behind the bed, and a very comfortable size queen bed, wall mounted tv and a designer built in sofa/bench seat to read a book and enjoy the aspect out to the lush garden.

** PLEASE NOTE THE FIREPLACE IS NOT FOR USE

GUEST ACCESS ---

Access to the property is gained by a secure front gate with pin code entry and parking to the front of the property just off the road.
Please note we live on a dirt road, there can occasionally be some pot holes when the weather has been wet so please drive carefully.

The studio is at the back of the property, a separate building to the main house so guests can come and go as they please. You will need to walk past the main house to access the studio at the back. We live part time on the property, we come and go during the week so we may not even cross paths depending on when you stay.
The studio faces the shared lush garden and parts of the main house however is still very private, please refer to some of the images looking out from the day bed you will see the timber cladded building in the background, this is the main house. The concrete images show the separate studio.

CHECK OUT: check out time is strictly 10am any late check out will be charged to the guest as the cleaner is always ready immediately after your departure to turn it around for the next guests. Thank you for your understanding!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ---

I have lived on the peninsula for quite some time so am happy to recommend suitable places to eat and drink depending on your taste and budget.
There are lots of beautiful walks and look outs we can recommend, even a place to see wild kangaroos early in the morning or later afternoon.

Please note there are two external motion detector security cameras at the front of the property.

The studio is just a short 3 minute drive to Mount Martha shops with cafe's, restaurants, supermarket, liquor store, news agency and more. We are a short 15-20 minute drive to local vineyards and renowned restaurants and wineries such as Polperro, Montalto and Jackalope.
