Chloe was a pleasure to deal with, accomodating to requests and provide excellent advice on places to visit during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at the Log Box. The place is beautifully d...esigned and decorated and sweeping countryside views. Location is also ideal, quite though close to wineries and cafes! definitely recommend!

Cakes For Days
You can eat all type of fantastic food here, but we opted for cakes only. Best decision ever! If you are ever in the area, don't forget to visit and get some snacks from here. From the Merrick general store, you can also go on a little walk called Red Hill Rail Trail that goes all the way back to Red Hill, and it takes roughly 45 mins.
Stand Up Paddle
Stunning bay with crystal clear waters, reefs, and a small manageable break at the point. Paddle Boards available to hire next to Point Leo General Store. Check tide levels before your visit.
Sunset Stroll
This is my new favourite place in Mornington Peninsula! After parking your car at the beginning of the Tea Tree Creek walk, you'll follow a path through long grass and farmlands which opens onto stunning cliffs and a little beach. Bring a rug and watch the sun go down here.
Walk Around The Lighthouse
A stunning walk around the lighthouse and down to the tip of Cape Schanck where you can see some of the best coastal scenery near Melbourne. Follow the long path all the way down to the beach, enjoy the view and don't forget to look out for wildlife.
