This studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with corner spa and ample storage.

Step out the door and drop in to Village or relax and enjoy the many restaurants and bars located in this stunning complex. The Nest is a studio apartment with a queen size bed, spa bathroom and a kitchen comprising of a four setting dining table with cooking facilities.

GUEST ACCESS
With a licensed supermarket, restaurants, ski hire and ticket sales within the Hotham Central building you will be located in the hub of Mt Hotham. A laundromat is located a floor below your apartment and a locker for skis, boards etc is provided with the apartment.

We had a fabulous week staying at The Nest with picturesque views overlooking the beautiful ski village and surrounding mountain range.
The location was ideal, especially in terms of access to the ma...in chair lifts and then having a supermarket, cafe and all other necessary ammenities underneath.
The apartment was well appointed, cosy and has a great bathroom with a spa bath that was perfect for jumping into after a long day on the slopes!
Bel was super helpful and lovely, highly recommend 😊

Perfectly based at high Hotham, the nest was just that. A small but comfortable studio apartment that had everything we needed to base ourselves, and rest while after exploring the nearby walks, and t...he surrounding towns. After a long day of walking, the spacious spa was definitely a treat. We were also pretty happy with the food at the general, which was about 15 minutes walk and even had a great cocktail menu.

Snow Sports

Mount Hotham has to offer 320 hectares of ski terrain for beginners, intermediate and advanced abilities, 13 lifts, three terrain parks, 35km of cross country skiing, tobogganing dog sled tours and snow mobile rides.

Bushwalking In Summer

Bushwalking Season for the alpine resort area is from November (Melbourne Cup weekend) until mid May. Summer is a great time to discover Hotham Alpine Resort and the surrounding Alpine National Park, with a variety of scenic alpine tracks and trails to choose from. A range of tracks and trails lead you to some of Australia’s best views, unique flora and fauna and some of the region's richest history.

Mountain Bike Riding

Mountain biking around Hotham is one of the best ways to see it. There are a lot of trails, 4WD tracks and fire trails that wind through the Alpine flora and forests. The winter cross-country ski trails are a great place to start, including the Hotham to Dinner Plain trail.
