Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry/ mud room, large open plan kitchen/ living room. Stunning views of Mt Cole and Mt Lonarch from all rooms. All linen included.

EXPLORE our 100 acres of private land to find kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, kookaburras, our ethically raised Dorper sheep and chickens.

RELAX on the large entertaining deck and lawn with a wood fire oven and magic mountain views. Or sit around the outdoor fire pit toasting marshmallows and enjoying a glass of wine. There is also a second larger wood fire oven at the pavilion.

VENTURE further and hike or bike one of the many signed trails that Mt Cole state forest offers and discover waterfalls, native wildlife and flora.

VISIT one of our many local wineries for a tasting or lunch. The stunning Mt Langi Ghiran winery and The Blue Pyrenees winery are both only 30 minutes from Glut Farm.

WORKING LIFESTYLE FARM with chickens, extensive harvest garden, orchard, Grenache vineyard, worm farm, greenhouse, glasshouse, preserving, three dams, 7 rainwater tanks and 7.5kW solar system.

Please remember that this is a working farm. You may see us tending to the vineyards, chickens or harvest garden. Everything needs to be watered, feed and maintained in order for it to keep healthy and looking lovely. We respect everyone's privacy and we will do our best carry out the farm jobs as discreetly as possible, so not as to disturb your stay or impose on your space. We want you to feel free to explore the farm and enjoy the gardens.
