The Bower @ Nanny Goat Hill is a cosy tiny home situated in the stunning Kangaroo Valley, NSW (Dharawal Country). The tiny home is located on a 2.5-acre property, surrounded by lush farmland and breathtaking sweeping escarpment views. Wake up to the sounds of birdsong, and gentle moos from the neighbouring cows. The tiny home offers a 'glamping’ experience, with all the comforts of a tiny abode. We have goats, mini donkeys and chickens on the property, which guests are welcome to cuddle with!

Please note that there is a 3 night minimum stay on public holidays.

THE SPACE

The tiny home itself offers a comfortable stay, with a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, eco-compost toilet, reversible air-conditioning/heating, TV and Wi-Fi.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, and the two upstairs loft spaces feature 2 single beds in one, and 1 king single in the other. Keep in mind that climbing a ladder is required to access the lofts.

Guests may wander freely, and are welcome to visit the goats and chooks, but must remain outside the fenced areas.

This tiny house had everything we needed and the view from the bedroom was so beautiful at sunset and sunrise. It was so special to be able to greet the animals when coming to and from the property. Additionally, the property was so close to all the little towns. Would definitely recommend!

The view from the bedroom was honestly great, the house was okay, would have been much better if there was a light for the deck during the night

We had a really lovely stay at The Bower for five nights, Gudula was very helpful and responsive and gave us some great local tip, we were able to join in with the feeding of the goats and chooks too.... It was so quiet and peaceful, the set up was everything we needed, the firepit was great as were the sunsets. It's only a 1/2 hour, beautiful sub-tropical rainforest drive to Gerringong and Werri Beach which we did on all the sunny days, only 5 minutes from Kangaroo Valley Village. The tiny is set up really well, there were 4 of us staying and it was quite comfortable. Thank you! We've stayed in lots of tiny's and recommend this one!

Originally from the city, we are a mother-daughter duo who have realised we are much more at home waking up to moo-ing neighbours and Bowerbird calls. Whilst my mum has made the full transition to country life, I am currently studying veterinary medicine in Sydney and hope to become a country vet. After having long-dreamed about having a tiny house, we were finally able to actualise it. Now, we are so excited to be able to share it with others. We hope to provide an opportunity to ‘live big’ in a tiny home, and invite people to rethink sustainable living. We also hope to offer a space that one can relax and reconnect in, with nature and with each other.
