The view from the bedroom was honestly great, the house was okay, would have been much better if there was a light for the deck during the night

We had a really lovely stay at The Bower for five nights, Gudula was very helpful and responsive and gave us some great local tip, we were able to join in with the feeding of the goats and chooks too.... It was so quiet and peaceful, the set up was everything we needed, the firepit was great as were the sunsets. It's only a 1/2 hour, beautiful sub-tropical rainforest drive to Gerringong and Werri Beach which we did on all the sunny days, only 5 minutes from Kangaroo Valley Village. The tiny is set up really well, there were 4 of us staying and it was quite comfortable. Thank you! We've stayed in lots of tiny's and recommend this one!

To provide a more detailed and specific critique of the house, you might consider addressing the following points:

1. Visibility of Entrance:Elaborate on why the entrance is hard to find. Are there i...nsufficient signs or lighting? Is the entrance obscured by foliage or other structures?

2. Driveway and Accessibility: Describe the driveway or path leading to the house. Is it narrow, poorly maintained, or not clearly marked?

3. Garbage Disposal Facilities: Explain the inadequacy of the garbage disposal arrangements. Is the small trash can insufficient for the number of guests or length of stay? Are there no arrangements for recycling?

4. Misleading Information from Owner:Specify what information the owner provided that was inaccurate or misleading, particularly regarding the trash can and other amenities.

5. Condition of Screen Windows: Discuss the gaps in the screen windows. Are they damaged or poorly fitted, leading to issues like bugs entering or security concerns?

6. Ventilation Issues:Explain the consequences of not being able to open windows, such as lack of fresh air or difficulty regulating temperature.

7. Shower Size and Functionality: Provide details about the shower's size and why it was inadequate. Was it too small to comfortably move in, or were there issues with water pressure or temperature control?

8. Lack of Curtains in Attic:Describe how the absence of curtains affects the room's usability, particularly in terms of light exposure and privacy.

9. Temperature Control in Attic:Elaborate on the temperature issues. Was the attic excessively hot due to poor insulation or lack of air conditioning?

10. Overall Comparison to Previous Experiences: Offer a comparison to other houses you've stayed in over the past three years to highlight the unique shortcomings of this one.

These points will give a clearer, more comprehensive picture of the issues with the house, making your critique more useful for others.

Originally from the city, we are a mother-daughter duo who have realised we are much more at home waking up to moo-ing neighbours and Bowerbird calls. Whilst my mum has made the full transition to country life, I am currently studying veterinary medicine in Sydney and hope to become a country vet. After having long-dreamed about having a tiny house, we were finally able to actualise it. Now, we are so excited to be able to share it with others. We hope to provide an opportunity to ‘live big’ in a tiny home, and invite people to rethink sustainable living. We also hope to offer a space that one can relax and reconnect in, with nature and with each other.
