We had a wonderful time at The Bunkie. Such a cute and clean space, with a lovely view of the beach (which is within walking distance). Also very close to the IGA, coffee shops, and the ferry wharf.

Jibbon Beach
This beach is located at the eastern end of Bundeena and is a part of the Royal National Park. A starting point for coastal walking trails including the shorter Jibbon Loop Track and the longer Jibbon Track.
The Local Area
Situated within the Royal National Park, Bundeena is popular with locals and tourists alike for hiking, swimming, birdwatching, watersports and whale/dolphin watching. There are a few friendly cafes on the main street, and plenty of regular local events to experience.
Bundeena Town Beach And Supplies Stop
We stopped into the IGA in Bundeena to grab some supplies before heading to our accomodation for the night. The small group of shops are directly across from this beautiful beach so we took a stroll before heading back.
Wedding Cake Rock Hike
We were able to walk right from our accommodation towards the National Park and straight onto the coastal track to the famous Wedding Cake Rock. We enjoyed a few mandarins at our destination before heading back - the views were breathtaking!
Hire A Row Boat Or Kayak At Audley Boatshed
We stopped in to the Audley Boatshed and took the kids on a row boat ride. It was so nice to just take in the nature around us before our drive back to Sydney. The kids skimmed rocks on the lake and followed baby ducklings around on the lawn before we grabbed coffee and lunch at the Audley Dance Hall Cafe!
Hiking In The Royal National Park
We got up early and took a hike with the kids through the Royal National Park.
