We had a wonderful two-night stay here and couldn't have asked for a more peaceful getaway. The farm is absolutely beautiful and so tranquil. The perfect place to switch off, relax, and enjoy nature. ...The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and we loved being able to explore the property and meet the animals. There was also plenty to see and do in the surrounding area, making it a great base for exploring. We'd highly recommend this farm stay to anyone looking for a relaxing escape and would love to come back!

Nice place great location camels were friendly not far from hayfield best coffee shop for a mocha,Maffra brewery was a great place to visit for lunch old brick joint keep just like it was years ago ...,local dairy cows to greet you on your morning walk the cabin was nice the only thing I could say is that looking out the kitchen window into a old wood storage would be far better if it was looking out to a view behind the cabin and in the picture on the site I gives you the impression it’s in the middle of a country paddock.. otherwise the owners were sweet and made sure the fridge was stocked with eggs bacon juice and I was gluten free and they got me weetbix and bread which was a great gesture Kind regards Dean and Liana

We made some new friends (Nova and Chloe) to accompany us on our walk as we explored the surrounding farmland and rivers.

Thomson River

The Thompson River backs onto the property and runs its way through to the town of Abington. A couple of canoes parked under a tree down by the river that passes through Abington were a welcome activity on our weekend escape.

Blue Pools

Only a short drive from the town of Briagolong on the Freestone Creek Road is a beautiful creekside picnic area with safe swimming. Travel a few more kilometres to The Arches and the most popular local swimming hole called The Blue Pool. Located approx 5km from Briagolong.
Ninety Mile Beach

Ninety Mile Beach

Ninety Mile Beach is a 90-mile long stretch of stunning golden sand that separates the Gippsland Lakes from Bass Strait. This is one of the most unspoilt beaches in the world and is perfect for any number of beach activities from beach fishing and swimming to meandering along the water, whale and dolphin-spotting or just lounging in the sun.
