Additional Information
Fully renovated, the cottage sleeps up to four guests in two comfortable queen bedrooms (both with heating and electric blankets), with a separate kitchen and cosy living/ dining room. The bathroom, complete with clawfoot bath and walk-in shower, is a peaceful space to soak away the day with a glass of local wine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including full-sized oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and also a washing machine for those longer stays. Free WIFI is now available at the cottage so you can now stream all your favourite shows on our smart TV, or even WFH!
All linen and towels are provided, alongside a welcome breakfast basket for your first day, including local sourdough bread, homemade granola and farm fresh eggs. We also provide a welcome basket of wood for the log fire.
With a cosy wood burning stove in the living room and a fantastic deck and firepit overlooking farmlands and native trees, the cottage is a wonderful spot for all seasons.
If you’re feeling energetic grab your walking shoes and head off to the beautiful Bellarine Rail Trail, or stroll down the pretty lane to the local harvest shop. Roll out a yoga mat for a serene start to the day, or pack a picnic for a day out exploring the countryside or the beaches. So much to do in this lovely part of the Bellarine, come for the weekend or stay for a week!
We offer a contactless check-in procedure, and a COVID-safe cleaning process. Please be assured your safety and well-being is of the utmost importance to us, but if there is anything you are concerned about during your stay please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Please note:
We welcome guests of all ages, however please note that our fences are farm post & wire fences, and are not toddler proof! There is also an electrified fence around 50m from the back and side of the cottage as we have two wiley mini Highland cows who love to explore! The fence is clearly signed, but young children must be made aware of it please.
There is no handrail on the front and back veranda/ decks, and whilst not particularly high, care must be taken when using these areas.
We always recommend appropriate footwear for outdoors, as there is uneven ground on the farm, and the occasional spikey weed!

What a gorgeous stay we had here with our two little ones. Room to roam, and space to be cosy at the end of the day. Stunning home, curated for comfort. We loved the cows, the fire pit and the breaky ...basket! Jen was a thoughtful host, and easy to communicate with. KetBaker is a must visit just around the corner!

The cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed for a weekend get away, the little basket with goodies was so delicious. The place was a great base to explore the Bellarine visiting Queenscliff..., Portarlington and Barwon Heads.
Communication from Jennifer was nothing but amazing and we appreciated the recommendations. Especially coffee and pastries at Ket Bakery.
Would definitely visit again.
