Perfect spot to explore The Prom and South Gippsland from but also, to kick back and relax in with a fireplace, great kitchen and spa bath.
We did a day trip to the Prom with a couple of short hikes and then went more local - Agnes Falls, Gurneys and Fish Creek Pub, etc.

Our weekend away was fantastic with the accommodation been clean and welcoming. Our communication with Deanne was great, she gave us lots of suggestions on places to visit and places to eat. We took o...ur lunch ingredients to Picnic Bay at Wilsons Prom and enjoyed the scenery, very short walk and our food.
Thank you for making our weekend with my daughter, grand daughter, Mum and partner, will one that we will always remember.

Hi, I have been renting out my two holiday Villas for the last 7 years. I am now going on a gap year so am throwing my house into the mix. I adore my house: it's funky, full of character and faces north so lots of sunshine all year round. I hope you love it as much as I do. The Villas have their own distinct charm: octagonal and also lots of glass

Adventures Nearby
Here are some details about the adventures nearby. Refer to the map for their location.
Sandy Point Town Beach
The township of Sandy Point is unique in that it has a beautiful unspoilt coastline and has yet to be discovered en mass by tourism.
Walkerville Beach
Extremely secluded, Walkerville South is only accessible by lonely gravel roads and the lack of people ensures that facilities are at a bare minimum.
Walkerville North provides beautiful views across Waratah Bay to nearby Wilsons Promontory, and at low tide provides access to spectacular rock pools.
The gravel road that leads to Walkerville South ends with a similar boat ramp to that of its northern sister settlement, and a sheltered bay frequented in the summer by families swimming and fishing in the quiet pristine waters.

Agnes Falls
About a half hour drive from Yarram, the Agnes River drops sixty metres creating a beautiful drop over many stone ledges. The surrounding grounds are well kept as a public picnic area - a delightful place for lunch. Access is from Welshpool; take the road opposite the primary school. The falls are well signposted.
