Enjoy a tranquil short stroll to the beautiful back beach of Crescent Head or a 10 minute walk the other direction to the shops, main beach, creek and Crescent Head Point. Rooms are spread out for privacy along with seperate living and entertaining areas. Wifi available as well as a handy outdoor bbq and kitchenette in the far garden bungalow.

House can be booked in configuration of 4bdrms sleeps 10( whole house) or just the 1bdrm (garden bungalow) sleeps 2. Please enquire for above configuration availability.

Guests need to bring own sheets and bath towels. Pillow cases and duvet covers as well as mattress protectors are provided.

New porta-cot available for use.

Nice quiet location with a well-equipped house. Beware, however, that you need to bring your own bed linens and towels. Although technically this was mentioned in the listing, it is only apparent by c...licking under Amenities: "Show more" ----- so linens NOT being provided was under Amenities, Show More = a bit strange. I would suggest being clear and providing them at additional cost. We did not see this at first and only realized it 2 days before arrival. I messaged Jacqui to ask to add linens and towels (at an extra charge of course --- we were on a road trip and did not take linens for every stop!) but this was declined, and the only option given to us was to search out a realtor in town (closed until the end of our stay) or go shopping to search and buy our own. I complained, and after some back and forth they did finally provide linens and towels at an extra charge, but only after a significant dispute. This is simply bad customer service. Also, the original 3-night-min. holiday-time price was already high (we accept that), but when I asked if we could rent the place for the only 2 open nights (2 nights available between 2 other bookings) Jacqui raised the price even more (by a third). We accepted that, but anyone would expect a LOT better hosting and customer service to go with that price!

A great & beautiful space. Plenty of room for guests, with each room/area being quite private from the rest. Gorgeous tropical garden This is a wonderful place and a gorgeous seaside town

A lovely stay for a group of 10 friends and a 10 month old! A great location and everything was clean. A well stocked kitchen for cooking meals and a great floor plan of the house so everyone had their own spaces.

There are two soft longboards to borrow. We suggest heading to the point near the Surf Club as this area is patrolled on the weekends. The Back Beach can have dangerous surf and is quite remote, it should only be surfed if you’re an experienced surfed.

Back Beach Bushwalk

Just across the road, you will find a butterfly-filled pathway. An easy 15-20min stroll will lead you to a beautiful uncrowded back beach of Crescent Head.

Surfing

Crescent Head is a surfers dream. Located on the Macleay Valley Coast this world famous point break is one of the longest rides in Australia.

Goolawah National Park

Explore secluded beaches and native plant life in this beautiful National Park. There is a left-hand point break for surfers and rocky shores and a lagoon to discover. Keep an eye out for dolphins, turtles, koalas and dingoes.

Longboarders Paradise

A short 15 min walk from the house takes you to one of the world's best longboarding point breaks. We spent hours in the water and along the point watching the waves roll in. We picked up breakfast from the local bakery and started both mornings here.

Bushwalking

The Big Hill Rainforest Walking Track is a medium challenge 1.4km loop located in the Limeburners Creek National Park. The headland on the walk is ideal for whale watching between May & November.
