It was a good tiny home, we did have a good experience and a relaxing time.
Although I found the house to not be situated in a great spot. There was so overall great views, you could see the neighbou...rs house across the road and the main road to the driveways.
I felt like there needed to be more cleaning supplies such as cleaning chux and more tea towels.
I feel like for the cost it would’ve be great to be provided basic things such as a small milk, sugar etc.
In the book it stated that there was extra blankets, we couldn’t locate any extra blankets besides 2x throw blankets one for the bed and one for the lounge.

This tiny house was unreal. We loved every second! Has everything you need and super comfortable. Beautiful surrounding area and property. Lots of wildlife! The cows in the paddock right outside the house was my favourite part. Would definitely recommend this place.

Jacks Track
There are some incredible hikes such as Jacks Track which is a 10 minute car journey from the property and it takes you to the top of the valley.

Macdonald River
Enjoy the drive following the Macdonald River.

Sunday Farmers Market
We were lucky to find the Farmers Market (every 2nd Sunday of the month) and see the freshest farm products in the town. There is also a Vintage & Antiques Market on the 3rd Sunday of the month.
Exploring St Albans Historic Village
This tiny historical village is worth a visit. The locals call it "Slice of Paradise". No wonder for a hundred years travellers would rest on the main road from Sydney to the Hunter Valley. We visited the St Albans Inn for an afternoon drink where locals gathered as a hub of the village. The drive here was very scenic with a strong countryside and farming atmosphere, make sure to check out Mogo Creek which is a further 10-minute drive from the Inn and get ready to be astonished by the scenic view of the lake.
Lunch At Settlers Arm Inn
We were quite hungry and we discovered this unique inn that was established in 1836. Best feed in town for sure!
Historical Hike At Convict Trail
This convict trail hike is truly unique, It takes us along the Old Great North Road, an amazing feat of engineering that was built by convicts in the 1830’s to link Sydney with the Hunter Region. The information panel along the walk really does bring history to the history to life. It's like we walked into an open-air museum with some engaging convict stories.
Only 30 min drive from Berry Hill to Wiseman ferry, this walk is very accessible. To get the most out of this trail (and understand more of the history), we recommend making a big loop that includes Finchs Line - the original road which was in use before the Great North Road. This circuit gives you a better grasp of the Great North Road’s history and is more scenic.
