Look at the photo’s then triple the beauty you see as pics cant quite do it the justice it deserves, this place is gorgeous! The fireplace is the highlight inside along with all the breakfast provisio...ns, port and chocolates that make you feel truely welcome and outside the views in any direction are stunning. We got to meet Andrew and his dog Trevor who are the friendliest hosts ever to exist. The rolling hills make for a beautiful drive to the nearby towns or in 20 mins your on phillip Island. We cant wait to go back.

We had a wonderful couple of days at this beautiful and cosy retreat. Such an amazing view and serene surroundings, we couldn’t help but relax the moment we stepped out of the car.
We loved the intern...al space, cosy couch and open fire and also the yummy breakfast goodies to cook up in the morning. We also appreciated the port that Andrew and Annette left for us to enjoy.
We would 100% recommend this wonderful retreat, we will definitely be back.

Rockbank Retreat isn’t just a stay — it’s an experience that genuinely feels magical from the moment you arrive.
From the rustic stone walls and warm wooden interiors to the way the natural light pou...rs in through those large windows overlooking rolling hills, everything about this retreat feels thoughtfully designed to slow you down. The space has this timeless charm — earthy, calming, and incredibly comforting. It’s one of those rare places that instantly makes you exhale.
Andrew and Annette’s hospitality elevated the experience even further. Their warmth, generosity, and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed. The kitchen was stocked with thoughtful complimentary touches — we enjoyed the red wine, croissants, fresh eggs, yoghurt, and even the beans — and every little detail felt intentional and abundant. It genuinely felt like staying at a beautiful countryside home rather than just accommodation.
Waking up to the open landscape views from the front was breathtaking. Whether sitting quietly with coffee in the morning light or unwinding as the sun softened over the hills, there’s a peaceful atmosphere here that’s hard to describe in words. The rustic brickwork, timber beams, and cozy interior textures create a perfect balance between charm and comfort.
What stood out most, though, was how the place made us feel — completely relaxed, grounded, and grateful. We’ve stayed in many places over the years, but Rockbank Retreat left a lasting impression on us.
It’s a wholesome, soul-reset kind of stay — the kind you think about long after you leave.
We would return in a heartbeat.
