You will enter this property from the rear entrance and be delighted with the large fully fenced secure back yard, where there is plenty of outdoor entertaining areas to enjoy, including a BBQ and quiet outdoor dining to the side of the house surrounded by luscious natives.
Walkthrough the double doors at the side entrance into a huge entertainer’s delight kitchen, where you will find everything you need plus more, including a concealed dishwasher, full-sized fridge, walk-in butler’s pantry, ample cooking utensils and crockery. Let the light flow into the large kitchen window that runs the whole length of the kitchen, perfect for that morning sunshine to start your day.

Each of the 2x large bedrooms boasts the same picture windows as the living area, taking advantage of the view from everywhere possible.
The Master suite offers a large walk-in robe, vaulted ceiling, queen-sized bed and plenty of room to move.
The second bedroom is also a large room with a queen-sized bed, vaulted ceiling, seating area and a real neatly designed loft area.
Although there is only 1 bathroom there is a huge free-standing stone bathtub, walk-in shower and the bathroom can be accessed from the back yard, a perfect design for coming home after spending the day at the beach. The toilet is separate from the bathroom
24 Hill Street is a home for relaxation. Recharge the batteries and emerge yourself in all that Merimbula has to offer. Middle Beach is at your back door, the Wharf Restaurant is 100 metres away and Bar Beach is only a few minutes’ walk, which is a local institution and home to The Bar Beach Cafe (Summer months only).
