Our beautiful rammed earth house on 10 acres, is only 3 km outside the town of Mansfield, gateway to the high country, ski fields of Mt Buller and Mr Stirling. It is an ideal location for both a summer or winter get away.
The house is very near the Great Victorian bike trail (134 Km from Mansfield to Tallarook), perfect for biking, walking or horse riding and a short walk to the Mansfield Golf Course. The town has a great coffee culture and live music scene at the local pubs as well as an excellent restaurant selection. Plenty of places for an evening drink or visit some of the local Wineries here or in the nearby King Valley. Access to the vast high country National Park and all the hiking and 4WD trails.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 8 people. A large lounge and dining room with open fireplace, outdoor fire pit, large well-appointed kitchen and BBQ area for those that like to cook. The house has beautiful views over the Samaria Range.
