The River House at Abington Farm

When you take your first step into the River House, you will notice how well equipped this private unit is.

The living area contains beautifully comfortable seating to enjoy the views of the meandering Rainbow Creek and the views of the Great Dividing Range, or to indulge in some TV (where Foxtel is available). Whether it is hot or cold outside, there is reverse-cycle air-conditioning available for your comfort.

The living area contains a two seater lounge, two-seater dining table, along with a fully functional kitchenette. The kitchenette includes an oven and cooktop, bar fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all of the necessary cooking utensils and cutlery requirements.

The River House has a separate bedroom area that consists of a comfortable queen-sized bed, with good quality linen, warm blankets and pillows. For the chilly Victorian nights, we also provide extra bedding for your comfort. The bedroom area has large glass sliding doors, which means you wake up to the view of the beautiful countryside, neighbouring river with not a person in sight.

The bathroom is equipped with a beautiful, spacious shower and a full-size spa bath to help you relax and wind down. We provide you with luxurious towels, shower essentials and a hairdryer.

What makes Abington Farm different is the ample provisions for breakfast that we will provide for you as an inclusion in the standard price. In the River House we will stock your kitchen with ingredients such as bread with spreads, cereal with milk, bacon and eggs for you to choose and cook whatever you would like. In addition, tea, coffee and juice are also provided. If you have any dietary needs, just let us know prior to arrival and we will make sure to accommodate.

Abington Farm Bed & Breakfast is a beautifully unique place to stay. It provides an incredible view of country whilst living in a contemporary setting.
