The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen offers top quality appliances and amazing views whilst you cook up a storm!

The stylish master bedroom boasts a King bed whilst the second bedroom offers a Queen and a single bunk with top quality mattresses.

The luxurious bathroom has plenty of space and features double basins and a triple shower.

Go up the designer staircase to the top floor roof terrace for an outdoor lounge area with BBQ and bar - what better way to enjoy the beautiful sunset!

This private self-contained apartment is raised to capture the most from the awesome views.

The apartment is semi-attached to the owner's residence but is offset from it and does not share any walls with any other living space to maximise privacy.
It has its own private entrance and also has exclusive access to its own rooftop terrace.

We prefer to meet all of our guests on arrival to ensure a smooth handover of the property and to answer any queries you may have. The amount of interaction following is entirely up to the guest’s choice.

BullerRoo has a “kick off your shoes & relax” policy due to the softwood timber flooring. Not suitable for children. Child booking is available only on request.

Price is based on the use of King & Queen beds only. Single bunk is only available on request and is charged at $60 per night. Not suitable for children under 6 years. Child booking is available only on request.
