An eclectic collection of new and old bring this beautiful country home together to create the perfect country retreat with all the modern comforts you need! Two single beds are available in the second room for people travelling with children (or the perfect girlfriends getaway!)
Spacious and open, our place has room to move and room to breathe. Laze around on the deck and share brunch with the native birds or enjoy a romantic and intimate tapas dinner curled up on the big bay windows next to a crackling fire as the sun sets over the mountains......

Inside you will find a kitchen stocked with absolutely everything you might need to whip up a culinary storm (including pantry basics)
A new dishwasher and washing machine are provided to make life easier and step into the open plan living space you will find a HUGE lounge room complete with a smart tv and assorted books/magazines.
Down the hall you'll find a simple yet stylish and romantic bedroom with high ceilings and tasteful decor for those romantic lie-ins and let's not forget the worlds most comfortable queen size bed (people with bad backs rejoice, you will enjoy a comfortable nights sleep on a fantastic quality mattress)
The bathroom is simply luxurious, sink into a hot bath with wine, cheese and a good book, fold the windows all the way back on a warm evening for that perfect fresh air experience and watch the sunset over the rolling valley, Or hop in the shower and enjoy the views as you relax under steaming, natural rainwater.
The lounge and dining space is HUGE and there are so many cosy nooks to curl up in! Grab a book and snuggle up by the fire on a rainy day or plonk on the couch and have a well deserved nap.
All while your happy little pooch is by your side the whole time! We only ask that all dogs stay off the furniture and please inform me if you intend to bring your pet, this way I can make arrangements for he/her to feel as welcome as you do. additional charges will only ever apply IF your dog makes a mess that requires special cleaning.
Other than that there are no additional costs to bring your best bud. Yep, you read that right. nada, zilch, zero. We love travelling with our dog and we know how hard it can be to find affordable pet-friendly homes that are clean, stylish and nice to stay in. that's why we created this haven!
Things that are close to the villa are Tarra Bulga National Park (20mins) Toms Cap Winery, Woodside Beach (30mins) and the K9 Swimming Pool!
You have access to the entire house except for one locked room (This is the room we use when staying at the property) the shedding is also locked but the rest of the property is all yours!
We have created a space that offers no guest interaction at all. self-check-in and out and easy to find we offer this so you can truly enjoy and relaxing and intimate getaway without feeling like we may pop in at any time (we will never visit during your stay unless specifically requested by you) the entire house and property is only used by one guest booking at a time and we do not live on the property at all so rest assured you are guaranteed complete privacy!
The property is bordered briefly by the Hyland Highway and whilst this fenceline is secure the construction is a simple post and rail design.
The rear fence opens onto a neighbouring rolling paddock down the valley which is used for hay in the drier months and cattle in the wetter months. There is also a yard available to the side of the house that is 100% secure and available for you to leave your furry friend for the afternoon whilst you head off and explore the national park!
Gormandale is just down the road and you'll find they serve hot food, coffee, alchohol and basic supplies. The Gormandale Community House holds a BBQ breakfast most Saturday mornings and an informal lunch on Thursdays at the neighbourhood house as well so pop down, grab some lovely food from the ladies and wander through the community gardens!
NOTE: There is no wifi or NBN available on the property but there is standard Telstra mobile service available in the area....
