Such a lovely stay here, just a short drive to Raglan township. Was a great spot for the dog too (big paddock to run around in). We will definitely be coming back!

Kayak Raglans Limestone Coast
Hire a kayak or paddleboard and take to the water with a kayak trip around Raglan's unique bays. You can rent one and explore at your own pace, or join a guided tour to learn about the area's ecology and geology.
Whale Bay
Approx. 8km from Raglan, Whale Bay has a left point break. Surf access is off the exposed rock shelf. It involves some serious paddling to the line-up and is not for groms. Southwards from Whale Bay is the left-hand point break, Indicators.
Ngarunui Beach
Patrolled by surf lifesavers from October to April, Ngarunui is the Raglan's main swimming beach where you can enjoy surf lessons. The west coast has blacksand which heats-up to burning temperatures in summer, so make sure you bring footwear.
Sunset At Ngarunui Beach
Raglan has a bunch of stunning sunset spots but Ngarunui Beach has gotta be at the top of your list. Park up above the cliff for sweeping views along the black sand beach, or walk down and have a picnic while you watch the surfers hit the waves.
