This tent is designed with luxury in mind. Round and roomy, big and beautiful. Providing extra air flow with two zip-able mesh windows and doors, plus large roof vents, this is no ordinary tent. The Outback Deluxe is perfect for glamping in all kinds of weather. Including the benefit of velcro along the perimetre of the tent to keep out any unwanted creepy crawlies, this bell tent is far more comfortable than the standard camping tent. Plus it is fully decked out with luxury household items and lounge style dressings to accommodate the most relaxing of holidays or events.

However if you’re looking for something slightly more adventurous this tent can deliver on that too and can be styled accordingly with less plush items and more camp style effects. Whatever the need this tent can deliver.

COASTAL & BUSH WALKS

Travel to Victoria's much-loved Wilsons Promontory to explore secluded pristine beaches and coastal forests set alongside the backdrop of the National Park's granite mountains. Head off on one of the many walks and look out for native birds as well as kangaroos, emus, wombats and echidnas....

SWIMMING

Take a refreshing dip in some of the finest swimming beaches in Victoria. In the warmer months popular ocean beaches like Cape Paterson, Inverloch, Venus Bay, Sandy Point, Norman Bay, Seaspray, Woodside and Lakes Entrance are the perfect swimming spots for families....

KAYAKING & STAND UP PADDLE

You will find the Darby River on your drive into Wilsons Promontory. The river winds it's way with views of the mountains before flowing into Whisky Bay. Tidal River is located within Wilsons Promontory National Park and flows into Norman Bay....

SURFING

There are so many surf spots to choose from on the Prom Coast.

Tidal River is a reasonably exposed beach break with fairly consistent surf. Good conditions are produced with an offshore wind from the northeast. Can be busy during summer months.

Squeaky Beach has no lifesavers, but is also a popular spot for surfers and families, who come to hear the grains of quartz squeaking under their feet as they walk on dry sand.

Picnic Bay Beach is accessed by a steep track that leads down to the beach, which has rock formations at both ends offering a range of rock pool habitats to explore. Surf lifesavers do not operate at this beach.

Whisky Bay Beach is sheltered and features rock formations at both ends. The access track passes through a gully and follows a small creek before passing over a sand dune to the beach.

Fishing at Port Welshpool

Enjoy fishing off the port pier or on the sandy shores. The waters of Port Welshpool are well known to fishermen for swimming flathead, snapper and gummy sharks....

Amazing, amazing accommodation. The tent itself had exceeded our expectations: it was very home-y and the mood was just perfect. The place was perfect for a quick retreat, get away from the hustle of the city lifestyle. The hosts were very accommodating as well, one text message and they cater to your needs.

Almost everything was ready for us: kitchen utensils and some seasoning. I would like to see a small rubbish bin though; it was a hassle to look for trash bags.

We were first time campers and we had a lovely time glamping with our two kids. The tent is almost water front (there was another glamping tent right on the water, ours was about 5 metres back) and we had everything we needed with a gazebo and little camp stove to cook on. All utensils, pans and glasses as well as an esky were provided in the additional BBQ pack. The site was nice and private as there were trees and shrubs giving privacy from adjacent sites. The tent itself was very spacious even for 4 and we had a double bed and 2 singles set up. It was not super clean but that's to be expected with camping! The tent was set up in Yanakie caravan park which was fun for the kids as they could ride their bikes with other kids and play on the playground. The caravan park itself has basic old school caravan park facilities with a shower block, toilets, drinking water, a camp kitchen and one outdoor bbq. All in all we really enjoyed the experience and would definitely give glamping another go....

Every bit was great!
Prompt response from Jake whenever you have a query. Place was setup clean and tidy. Hassle free experience even though we checked in on the hottest day of the year ;D

Many thanks to Jake and team!
