The perfect choice if you’re seeking a relaxing, serene stay not too far from Melbourne. The lovely little house had everything we needed with extra touches like firewood and fresh bread, and equipped... with all facilities needed if you prefer to stay in and cook. Located right in the heart of the Bellarine, we were only a few minutes drive away from everything we needed. We would absolutely come back and stay here again, thank you to the wonderful hosts Clarissa & Wayne!

We had such a lovely weekend here with our cocker spaniels. Clarisse was friendly and responsive, the place had thoughtful touches throughout, and there are plenty of dog friendly places nearby

It was a very lovely spot and the accommodation was top notch the hosts were AMAZING and we would like to thank them very much for the very relaxing time we had there it was just what we needed. ❤️

Feeding Alpacas And Collecting Eggs
Macho and Bobo are the resident Alpacas, and they are super friendly especially if you have food for them! We had so much fun getting outside and connecting with these beautiful animals, there's something about feeding alpacas that puts a massive smile on your face. We also collected some fresh eggs from the local chooks, this was actually a first for me! And yes, they were delicious.
A Farm Sunset
Sometimes you don't need to travel anywhere far or spectacular to enjoy an amazing sunset, and this is one of those examples. The whole farm glowed a bright orange

Coffee Pastries And A Peacock
Ket baker is one of those spots you go home and tell everyone about. Great coffee, INSANE pastries, all situated on a farm with a roaming peacock, a family of ducks, chickens and more - it really has it all.
Bike Riding
The Bellarine Rail Trail is 35kms long (one way). The bike path guides cyclists through the Bellarine Peninsula, joining the regions favourite attractions. From coastal views to bush settings, you will experience the diverse landscape which makes the Bellarine so unique.
Fruit And Veg At Farmers Harvest
Close to our stay, we found Farmer's Harvest, a farm gate grocery store. Grab some fresh fruit or veg. We bought a whole watermelon to snack on later.
Hiking Picnic At Ocean Grove Nature Reserve
We checked out this beautiful and iconic Australian bush trail very close to the hosts' property in Wallington.
High Cheese Ciders
Flying Brick Cider is a bistro serving modern pub fare with a great eye for detail, fresh ingredients and cosy atmosphere; they also have an incredible high cheese special that includes a three-tiered cheese stand with baked treats, lavosh, breadsticks and a variety of hard and soft cheeses.
Dinner And Cocktails At Mona Cicchetti Bar
This Italian restaurant is a little hidden out of town, but well worth the drive (it's really close to Ocean Grove and Wallington). It is one of those hidden gems that you need to seek out, and boy is it worth it! The food and drinks were amazing, definitely not what we expected to find out this way! And being dog friendly, our hearts were won over pretty quickly.
