We welcome you to stay at Tui Ridge, our property is tucked up a long treelined driveway in the middle of a kiwifruit orchard.

We are located just off State highway 2, it's handy to some of the best beaches, walks, kiwifruit and avocado orchards in the Bay of Plenty.

The Morepork Hideout is a warm and cosy cabin located on the beautiful grounds of Tui Ridge.

Made from natural timber, it has the feel and smell of a log cabin. It has a very comfortable queen bed and a garden view.

*new feature* - a fresh water hot tub - must be prebooked 24 hours before your arrival. First in first served basis as it can be booked by other cabins on the property. Message to book $50 cash per fill ($55 credit card) this covers the cost of gas to heat it and cleaning.

Our dog Pip is very friendly and loves to meet guests and hang out. If you aren't comfortable around dogs this probably isn't the best place to book

We grow our own organic fruit and vegetables, which are shared with guests when in season

The shared enclosed bathroom is located approximately 8m away

An outdoor lounge with BBQ is close by in the garden.

A shared guest kitchenette/lounge is available for guest use beside the house.

We have extensive gardens to roam, a river to explore and stunning views out to the Kaimai Ranges.

We are an easy 2-hour drive from Auckland airport. The beautiful Coromandel is within driving distance. Rotorua is just over an hour drive away and Hobbiton is also close by. We are located exactly halfway between Waihi Beach and Mt Maunganui Beaches.

Best to come by car.

-Only the number of guests booked in will be permitted to stay.
-BBQ must be left clean or an extra charge will be applied
-11 am check out, $10 per 10 minutes will be charged for late check-outs
-We prefer you check in before 9 pm, if you arrive later than this you will have to find your way in the dark to your cabin as we may not be around.

Hello, we live in a beautiful spot under the Kaimai Ranges. Our property has established gardens with large trees to shade under, beautiful sunset views and we love to meet people and share our place. Our home orchard is a work in progress, I'm learning very quickly how to grow our own veggies and fruit but still some way off from being self-sufficient!
