Myself, Lauren & Sam live in the Main house and may or may not be home on your arrival, however, we use a pin code lockbox at the apartment to allow you to arrive at any time after your arranged Check-in time.

We are both from Rotorua originally so are very knowledgeable about Rotorua & its surrounding area.

As we run several of our own properties as Air BnB accommodation, we have invested time in setting up a virtual Map of the area with all of our “Favorite things to do & see” that we will simply send through for you to explore on your own device!

We have a beautiful quiet neighbourhood with parks & walking trails into the small village with great Cafes, Bakeries & Grocery store. There's a great little pop-up trailer that sells the most amazing real fruit ice creams on hot days. A lot of Rotorua's main attractions are based on this side of Rotorua & the City Centre is 10 minutes drive.

Most of our guests have their own vehicle, however, we do have a Bus that runs every 30 minutes from the main road, 5 minutes walk away. We have Taxi's & Uber here in Rotorua or many of the main tourism operators have pick-up shuttles available. Alternatively, you can walk the surrounding trails or follow the Green Corridor on our Bikes all the way from our village, through the City gardens & onto the Redwoods forest & more.

This accommodation offers an “All-inclusive” cost & no additional fees apply for the use of Kayaks, Paddleboard, Bikes, BBQ & Laundry facilities, teas & Nespresso Coffee!
