Sleeping up to 2 in a queen bed, ( there is also a mezzanine room for 2 extras ) Snuggle into luxury Wallace Cotton linen and listen to the ocean, native birdsong and our resident kiwis who call to each other from dusk. Self-catering with simple larder supplies, stay in and BBQ or head out to Kerikeri’s excellent restaurant culture.

Bring the boat and be in the Bay of Islands in minutes to fish or dive. Relax on the deck or take a beach towel down to the beach. The Pad has WiFi, a movie library, and HDMI for your Netflix.

No detail is forgotten, your perfect, relaxing escape is ready and waiting.

With a focus on providing a unique & nostalgic experience for our visiting adventurers, you are free to roam our 120 acres of, native bush, streams, mature landscaping, horses, fruit trees and private coves. Back at The Pad, stargaze at the fire pit and indulge in quirky books, magazines & movie libraries.

We are travellers too! We come and go from the boat ramp to our yacht which you will see off the property - we respect your privacy but are always happy to pop in and say Hi!

Kerikeri is a foodie and boutique shoppers paradise with local markets, vineyards and cultural events to enjoy.
Most of our guests arrive fully stocked up and settle in and enjoy all Driftwood Paradise offers.
There are wonderful walks and lots of history in the area. Marsden Cross is a must for early NZ history.

We are 30 mins from anywhere! If you want TOTAL getaway time, we can collect from Kerikeri Airport or bus station, but once you are here you are stuck!

Bring lots of provisions! You will not want to leave to go food shopping!
