Twin Peak Tiny is nestled in the foothills of Gulaga Mountain and lies midway between Tilba and Cobargo both of which is a 5 to 6-minute drive. When looking out from the bed you will see the top of both Mount Gulaga and Mount Peak alone. Twin Peak Tiny is 10 minutes from Mystery Bay which has superb surfing and snorkeling beaches. It also borders the Kooraban National Park comprising of wooded bushland with a few cleared pastures. There are some large dams that make a peaceful environment. The property is now placed under a conservation agreement to provide habitat for the Koala population that suffered after the black summer bushfires. We also have an abundance of wildlife including eastern grey kangaroos, red-neck wallabies, wombats, echidnas, and fresh-water turtles. We also have a huge range of native birds including many parrots and black cockatoos to name but a few.

Twin Peak Tiny is an off-grid experience that comes with its own 10,000-litre water tank, solar trailer, and composting toilet. There is a comfortable double bed offering extensive views as soon as you wake up and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The property Twin Peak Tiny resides on is fire-affected but is now recovering. As mentioned above, the property is a designated Koala habitat, albeit guests are very unlikely to actually see Koalas, the environment is still fragile and, therefore, we cannot permit pets.

So special, could not recommend highly enough. So close to Tilba Tilba and Narooma and Bermagui but with perfect peace and most beautiful aspect between two mountains - huge starry sky at night and go...lden forest all around - happiest memories - and extra special thanks to lovely hosts would kindly accommodated very last minute booking!

Twin Peak Tiny, a tiny home with spirit. Perched atop a small hill, surrounded by forest. Take a stroll into the national park, a very short drive to Tilba and Bermagui and enjoy what the region has t...o offer.

The cabin itself if cosy, perfect for just two, or even solo if that's your jam. The hosts, Sally, were super helpful and friendly. Met us at the gate, gave us the low down, and then we were left to our own solitude.

If you're into star gazing, bring a rug, lay out on the grass and watch the milky way with a wine in hand.

Twin Peak Tiny is such a magical little spot well tucked away from the noise, unbelievably serene! Sally is a fantastic host, with attention to detail in all the places that matter and little bonuses ...here and there. I’d recommend bringing at least a 15kg bag of firewood per night if you plan to get cozy by the fire pit.

Explore Your Own Backyard

There's nothing like exploring your own backyard and the Twin Peaks Tiny backed straight onto the Bodalla State Forrest. We ventured up into the bush and it was incredible to see the regeneration of the forrest following the tragic fires of 2020. There was an abundance of butterflies and a few kangaroos. Where you stop walking is really up to you!

Suring At Camel Rock

The South Coast has some sensational surf beaches that are approximately 10mins from the tiny home.

Camel Rock Murruna Point Scenic Walk

We stumbled across Camel Rock in the search for surf. Unfortunately, we didn't find any but instead found the Murruna Point scenic walk. A flock of Yellow Tailed Cockatoos soared overhead as we took in breathtaking views of the ocean. The beauty of Camel Rock is only enhanced by the history of the local Indigenous Yuin people.

Swim At The Blue Pools

Surfing is always at the centre of our trips so with not a lot around it was amazing to get in the water at the Bermagui Blue Pools. The Blue Pools are the perfect spot for a snorkel, refreshing swim or even a place to watch the local seals frolicking about.

Exploring Bermagui State Forrest Fire Trails

With no surf and some cold weather, we decided to jump in the car and explore the many fire trails Bermagui State Forrest has to offer. If you've got a 4WD and a desire to get off the beaten track, you could spend hours exploring these trails.

A Morning In Bermagui

We ventured into the tranquil town of Bermagui, cruising over an old bridge and weaving through the countryside as we head towards the coast. We grabbed a coffee from Honorbread, a lovely cafe and bakery before continuing on foot around town. We wandered through town, exploring eccentric shops and found our way to the beach. Our morning in Bermagui was the perfect way to spend a lazy Sunday.
