No smoking in cottages
Parties events can be considered upon request for an additional fee
Tank water in use at property, so please be mindful of wasting water
We do not allow school leavers or underage guests by their own at the property (otherwise you may be refused on the property with no refund).. If under 21 years of age please advise at time of booking
Only the amount of people booked in to stay at the lodge will be allowed on the property. Pre-approval for any other people will need to be approved prior to entry.
Children to be supervised at all times near dams
No pets
Check in after 2.00 p.m.
Check out 10 a.m.
Please wash, dry and put away dishes prior to leaving.
No motor bikes or shooting on property
Please clean the BBQ after use
The Cottages have septic sewage systems so you must only use environmentally toiletries and cleaning products.
A key replacement fee of $50 per key applies for lost or non-returned keys
No swimming allowed in Dams
The property may be visited by wildlife
