Kinoie Mornington - Oceanview

Enjoy the breathtaking ocean view of Port Philip Bay and Marina Cove from this holiday accommodation. Kinoie (木の家) means 'wooden home' in Japanese. This house reminds me of my travels to Japan so I gave this name to this house.

Kinoie Mornington is located at a central location of Mornington Peninsula. It is close to beautiful beaches, scenic hike routes, hot springs, wineries, cafes, farms and restaurants. We recommend a minimum 2 night stay to enjoy what Mornington has to offer :)

This unique 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 2 living room oceanview house is designed by award-winning architect, David Godsell.

Enjoy a cup of tea and watch the sunset view from the living room and balcony. This place is perfect for bird watching as there are a lot of native birds flying by or resting on balcony to have a sip of water from our custom made bird bath.

This accommodation of suitable for couple getaway, family trips and friends getaway. It is perfect for couples! Ensuite master bedroom upstairs with large hot spa. Outdoor seating on the deck to look at sunset and stars.

This accommodation is perfect for groups! Beds accommodating up to 6. Large 58 inch smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube for entertainment. Large 6 seater dining table for food or work from home meetings. I personally used it as a table to work from home.

Check in and check out can be flexible if there is no guests before or after your booking :)

Extra blankets and fireplace heater available. There is AC units in upstairs open plan dining/kitchen/living and downstairs living room.

Wheelchair is not accessible to the property as there are steps to the property.

This airbnb is self check in. We will give you passcode a day prior check in date.

As of August 2022, there is construction next door that may have noise from 7am-3pm weekdays.

The best way to get around in Mornington is by car. Uber is also operating in the area.

Make sure no food is left over after you leave, all rubbish are taken out to the bin located on the street.
